How much can I earn and how do I get paid?
The amount you earn depends on your activities, check 'How it Works' page for details
Must I refer to earn or cashout? NO, it is optional and doesn't affect payout or other tasks commission(s)
What is Gross Earning? Is the monthly accumulated earning from activites such as Link Shares, Clicks, Daily LogIn etc
How can I get Cashback for my order on Jumia? Check the 'Tutorials' page
Am yet to get Commission for my order or Sales? You must understand that commission is only paid after product is successfully delivered and as exceeded the maximum rejection/returned days(over 7-15days from delivery)
Why was I not given Sales and/or Cashback commission? One of the following must be the possible cause:

How do I get paid?
Earnings/Commissions are credited to members' wallet from where it can be:
When soon will cashout reflect in my Bank account? Every cashout is process within minutes to 24hrs depending on recipient bank or payout queue
Can I cashout my Gross Earning? NO, you can only withdraw from main wallet.
Your gross earning is converted to 'Net Earning' every first week of new month and credited to your wallet.
What is the minimum and maximum cashout? ₦500 and ₦15,000 respectively.
- Transferred to other members' wallet; wallet-wallet transfer
- Cashout to any supported Nigerian bank

What is Team about?
Team is a group of AFFILIATECASH members, that wish to work togeteher for purpose of earning more on the platfom. Each team has an admin(the creator of the team) who oversees the activity of the team and wallet to which commission is credited base on members' and collective activities.

Can I create more than a team? NO
Must I create WhatsApp/Telegram group or channel for the team? YES, however, two(2) or more team can use the same group.
If group/channel is yet to be linked, @AFFILIATECASH on Telegram will be used as default for any group
Must I join my team WhatsApp/Telegram channel or group? It is highly recommended to join
Can I swap team anytime? YES
What are the Features of Team?
- The creator of team is the admin
- Team is expected to have functional Telegram/WhatsApp group or channel for their members, two(2) or more team can share a group/channel.
- Team become eligible for commission (wallet becomes active) when members are five(5) or more, i.e any team with members less than that can't earn commission
- Team can be set to 'close' or 'open'; only admin can add people to closed team, however, only team with five(5) or more people can be closed.
- Team can only share fund when members are five(5) or more.
- Minimum amount that can be authorized for sharing is ₦5,000 and only members at time of authorization will be eligible to get from the shared fund
- Team admin has right to take up to 10% of proposed share amount, the rest of fund will be shared among members(including the admin) equally
